Security Observatory in the list of bodies assisting in the public consultation process

Share:

The list is maintained by the Ministry of Development and Technology for the purposes of public consultations conducted as part of the law-making process.

The Security Observatory has consistently taken action to improve the quality of Polish legislation. In June and July 2023, we participated in a training project on the lawmaking process implemented by the Government Legislation Centre.

In August 2023, we were included in the Ministry of Development and Technology’s list of organisations assisting in the public consultation process. Information about the listed entities is used by ministries and offices that carry out legislative work and public consultations. Invitations to participate in consultations may be sent to the entities on the list.
