Purpose of processing: to respond to a message sent via a form or directly to an email inbox
Legal basis: art. 6(1)(f) RODO1
(legitimate interest – to respond to a message)
Retention period: for the period of time necessary to deal with the matter which is the subject of the message, and additionally for a maximum of 12 months after dealing with the matter
Recipients of data: providers of IT systems (e.g., email, servers) minister responsible for digitization (in case of communication via ePUAP platform)
Rights: access to the content of the data, rectification of the data, deletion of the data, restriction of data processing, filing an objection
Purpose of processing: volunteer recruitment
Legal basis: art. 6(1)(a) RODO1 (consent of the person)
Retention period: Data of people accepted for volunteering – for the period of volunteering and additionally for up to 12 months after the end of volunteering. Data of people not accepted for volunteering – for a maximum of 3 months after the end of recruitment, unless the person has consented to the storage of personal data in the think tank database
Recipients of data: providers of IT systems (including email, servers), entities cooperating with us in the field of volunteering (including think tank partners), insurance companies
Rights: withdrawal of consent, access to the content of data, rectification of data, data portability, deletion of data, restriction of data processing, lodging an objection
Purpose of processing: recruitment for student internships
Legal basis: art. 6(1)(a) RODO1 (consent of the person)
Retention period: Data of people accepted for internships – for the duration of the internship and additionally for up to 12 months after the end of the internship. Data of people not accepted for internships – for a maximum of 3 months after the end of recruitment.
Recipients of the data: providers of IT systems (including email, servers) entities cooperating with us in the implementation (including universities), insurance companies
Rights: withdrawal of consent, access to the content of data, rectification of data, data portability, deletion of data, restriction of data processing, lodging an objection
Purpose of processing: to inform about the activities of the think tank and the activities of other entities, to disseminate knowledge on topics related to the subject matter of the think tank’s activities, to communicate using the social network functionality
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) RODO1 (legitimate interest – responding to a message)
Retention period: for the period for which they will be available on each social network
Recipients of the data: IT system providers (including servers, distribution tools), social network providers (including Facebook, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn)

Necessity of providing data
In all of the cases, the provision of personal data is voluntary, but the consequence of not providing data will be that you will not be able to: contact us, receive newsletters, participate in recruitment, use social networking features.
Transfer of data
In no case will personal data be transferred outside the European Economic Area or to international organizations.
An exception may apply only to personal data processed through social networks, which is governed by the privacy policies of these sites.
Automatic decision-making, including profiling
In no case will personal data be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
