Safety Guide Now Available – be prepared for any situation
On August 28, 2025, at the Civic Education Military Center in Warsaw, the “Safety Guide” was presented – a government initiative aimed at preparing citizens for a wide range of contemporary threats.
This is not just a knowledge compendium for times of war – the guide also covers situations related to:
🌪️ natural disasters,
🔥 fires,
🌊 floods,
⚠️ terrorist threats,
💻 cyberattacks and disinformation.
The publication provides practical guidance – from creating family emergency plans, through evacuation procedures and alarm signals, to checklists that help prepare supplies and essential equipment.
“We don’t want to scare anyone – we want everyone to have the knowledge and awareness of how to act in crisis situations. This is an investment in social resilience, trust, and solidarity,” emphasized Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz.
🛡️ The “Safety Guide” was developed in cooperation with the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Interior and Administration, the Government Security Center, as well as experts, local governments, and non-governmental organizations.
📖 We encourage you to download and use it – this knowledge may save lives.
