The status of Technical Committee 306 on Universal Security and Civil Protection has been changed from ‘passive’ to ‘active’ status in the international committee ISO/TC 292 Security and resilience overseeing standardisation in the field of security to enhance the security and resilience of society.

- reducing the risk of crimes committed with products and services.
In addition, it cooperates with European and international technical committees. One of these committees is the aforementioned ISO/TC 292 Security and resilience.
